11am - 1pm A monthly support circle for widows & bereaved women. Have you lost someone you love? Do you feel that others don’t fully understand the depth of your grief? Would you benefit from gentle support? Join us for our monthly support circle, where you can meet others in a similar situation over tea and cake in a warm, welcoming space. This session Sekina Yakub will be joining us. She is a life coach, author, and host of the Hearts Connect podcast. She will be joining us to explore the different stages of grief through an Islamic lens, offering reflections on navigating loss with faith, hope, and compassion.
