Join us for our monthly support circle, where you can meet others in a similar situation over tea and cake in a warm, welcoming space. This session Sekina Yakub will be joining us. She is a life coach, author, and host of the Hearts Connect podcast. She will be joining us to explore the different stages of grief through an Islamic lens, offering reflections on navigating loss with faith, hope, and compassion.
