Widows & Women's Bereavement Support 11am - 1pm, starting at the Grafton Centre Have you lost someone you love? Do you feel that others don’t fully understand the depth of your grief? Would you benefit from gentle support? Join us for our monthly support circle, where you can meet others in a similar situation over tea and cake in a warm, welcoming space. This month we will be taking a mindfulness walk, starting at the Grafton Centre at 11am and walking by the river towards Stourbridge Common. We will then have a coffee stop on the way back. Join us for our monthly support circle, where you can meet others in a similar situation over tea and cake in a warm, welcoming space. This session Myriam Abdel-Basit will be joining us. She ia a English and Arabic speaking muslim, a registered drama therapist supporting children (5+), teenagers and adults 1:1 in-person in Central Cambridge and online, to process feelings and experiences using creative resources, alongside talking therapy.. She will be joining us to explore the different stages of grief through an Islamic lens, offering reflections on navigating loss with faith, hope, and compassion.
