As we welcome the blessed month of Muharram and the beginning of a new Islamic year, join us after Asr for an evening of remembrance, reflection and gratitude. Our Imams will share a short reminder, alongside beautiful Qur'an recitation and nasheeds, as we mark this sacred occasion together as a community.

After Asr (7pm) Most of us spend our lives trying to secure outcomes: success, happiness, certainty, approval, even salvation. Yet the harder we try to control life, the more anxious and dissatisfied we become. This talk by Shaykh Ibrahim Etsko Schuitema explores an alternative: that freedom begins when we stop negotiating with life and learn to live from gratitude rather than lack.
After Asr (7pm) Join us for our first monthly Qur'an khatam. This is an excellent opportunity to join your community and take part in a complete reading of the Qur'an. We will begin after Asr, and we will allocate sections depending on what you are comfortable with. Once everyone has finished we will complete the final surahs together and make the dua for the completion of the Qur'an.
After Asr (7pm) How should a believer serve others? What does it mean to be a khadim – one who serves for the sake of Allah? Join Imam Sejad Mekić in this monthly series of talks exploring the Islamic tradition of khidmah (service). Through reflections from the Qur'an, Sunnah, and the lives of the righteous, we will explore how service transforms both our communities and our own hearts.
After post-Asr study circle (7:45pm) Volunteering your time, strength, and intellect in the service of a Mosque and the community that worships in it is a lofty endeavour. There are so many things to get involved in, from helping run core services to the growing number of outreach projects.
