The Mosque
The Cambridge Central Mosque design was inspired by both Islamic and English religious architectural traditions. Above all, we sought to develop the idea of a British mosque for the 21st century.
Find Us
We’re only 15 minutes on foot from the train station or 8 minutes by bike from the city centre, while the Citi 2 bus takes 13 minutes from Emmanuel Street and stops right outside, at Vinery Road.
Important Notice
The Mosque is open
from 12:30 > 20:00 for prayers only.
Those attending must:
• perform ablution prior to arriving (as our washroom and toilet facilities are closed);
• bring a face-covering, prayer mat and a bag for your shoes.
Friday Jum’a prayers must be booked in advance here.
