The Health Hub at Cambridge Central Mosque is devoted to enhancing the well-being of our local community. In partnership with national organisations and other healthcare providers, we organise a variety of events and workshops focused on crucial health matters such as diabetes management, first aid training, mental health awareness & more. Our goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills required to lead healthier lives – to look after both ourselves and others, as is our responsibility as conscientious Muslims. We aim to be a useful resource for both preventative education and practical training, nurturing a healthier community in body, mind, and spirit.
