To protect the public from the risk of coronavirus infection, the Trustees regretfully announce that the Mosque is now closed as of Tuesday 17 March until further notice, in keeping with the Islamic principle that ‘there must be no harm and no mutual harm’.
For those who have passed away from causes not related to COVID-19, Janaza (funeral) prayers will be possible in the rear portico area in small numbers – with no more than 10 people present. All attendees must wear gloves and water-resistant surgical masks, please see our Janaza Guidelines for further information.

Following instructions from the government, we are now unable to accommodate weddings. However, we can conduct Shahada ceremonies remotely, please contact us to confirm arrangements.
The Mosque is currently working closely with Romsey Mutual Aid. We will be launching a Community Support page to provide help while we are closed. We want to connect people willing to help with those who need it the most. This new webpage will provide useful information about those who are currently offering assistance to the community during this period.
If you would like to volunteer for the Mosque for this specific cause, please get in touch with us via our Covid Volunteer Form.
May Allah strengthen our congregation and our Cambridge neighbours in these difficult times.
