Come and join us on Wednesday 19 October 2022 from 2-4pm at Cambridge Central Mosque, to learn the basics of good cooking using healthy sustainable food with Aasia Bibi, the owner of Bibi’s Indian Cookery Classes as part of the Food For The Planet Festival.

Aasia has won the bronze business standard award for promoting sustainable food through her Indian cookery classes in the Ely/Cambridge area. She also owns another bronze award-winning business: Learn to Cook Cambridge.

When cooking, Aasia pays attention to her ingredients and uses locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Combined with traditional cooking methods, this results in incredibly tasty food! To reduce waste, some of our ingredients will be locally sourced surplus food.
